The symposium is sponsored by Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center and Children’s Hospital, the Region 10 Emerging Special Pathogen Treatment Center (RESPTC) and is FREE to attend!
The Symposium is focused on safe and effective care for patients suspected or known to have a special pathogen as well as planning and preparedness for a special pathogens event. Topics range from patient care considerations, the National Special Pathogen System (NSPS), training and education, transport considerations, regional coordination, and planning.
